INGREDIENTS:
200gram minced meat
Half can of beans
Half can of canned tomatoes
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, ground
Half of green bell pepper, diced
Half of red bell pepper, diced
Half of yellow bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon of chilli powder
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1 teapoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
some water
Olive oil 1 table spoon
THE STEPS:
1. Heat the olive oil. put in onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
2. After 2 minutes, add in the minced meat.
3. After the meat has browned, add in chilli powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, ground cinnamon and ground cumin.
4. Stir and let them cook a bit. Then add in the canned tomatoes.
5. Mix well. Then add in the beans.
6. Add in water. Simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
7. Ready to serve.
