SPAGHETTI AGLIO OLIO

Its lockdown in Malaysia. I am using this time to try new recipes and brush up my cooking skill.

The Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Garlic chopped
cherry tomato
Chilli flakes
Olive oil
Fish ball (can be replaced with squid, prawn, chicken or beef, which ever you like)
salt, pepper and parskey powder (can use fresh parsley if available)

The Steps:
1) Boil the spaghetti, put in some salt and oil.

2. Chop the garlic
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2. Grill  the fish ball in air fryer and cut into 8 (or into which ever size and shape you want)
4. Strain the boiled spaghetti. Don't over boil until the spaghetti is very soft.
5. Hot the pan. Put in olive oil, about 3-4 spoons. Put in the chopped garlic and chilli flakes.
6. After the garlic is lightly browned, put in the fish balls and chopped tomatoes. Add in salt, pepper and parsley.
7. cook for awhile and then put in the spaghetti. if too dry, put in a bit of the water used to boil the spaghetti.
8. Mix well. and serve hot.
